Privacy Statement This form is used to confirm that those who undertake roles that require a Disclosure under Scout Association policies have undertaken the relevant checks in the country in which they undertake their Scouting under the umbrella of UK Scouting. Personal data is collected and is added to Compass to confirm that compliance with Scouting’s requirements for appropriate checks have been undertaken. This information is securely stored in line with the Scout Association’s policies and is only accessible by authorised roles. The data is held in line with our Data Protection Policies which can be found on our website.
