What is my team's survey participation rate?

During the survey open period, visit our engagement website for a list of all teams' survey participation rates. Your team's Engagement Ambassador also has access to your specific team's survey participation rate. No report is generated unless there are 5 or more respondents.

Who was invited as part of “my team?”

Managers and their delegates can view who's on your team within Gallup Access -- watch a 4min video to learn how. Navigation support, including "How to Access Your Survey Results," is posted on our engagement managers website.

What can I do if someone is erroneously listed in my team?

Organizational hierarchy information is stored in UC Path. Engagement survey data is pulled from UC Path as of February each year, and is not retroactively updatable for past survey results. To update your reporting relationships for the 2025 engagement survey, submit any changes to your HR Umbrella Roster no later than February 14th, 2025.

My survey report has no data - why?

Five respondents or more are required to generate a report. Depending on your access level, you may be able to select a rollup report to see results. See instructions for "Accessing and Interpreting Your Survey Results," posted on our engagement managers website for instructions.

Whose reports do you need access to? Please provide their UCSF email address.

Our Gallup-certified coaches can help you and your team with:

  • Strengths coaching for leaders and individual contributors
  • Strengths workshops for your entire team
  • CliftonStrengths assessments for individual team members

If you wish to pursue these services, please fill out the form below. In order to ensure our availability and time for participants to complete the assessment, we request at least a month's notice. Typical costs include fees for Strengths reports ($20-$50 per individual). Fees may apply and will be evaluated based on the complexity and time commitment of the request.

Executive Coaching

Are you seeking an executive coach to support a senior leader (manager of managers)? We have relationships with several external executive coaches and can pair you with one that suits your particular needs.


Contracting with vendors is provided through your department's funding, with flexibility depending on the number of hours and budget available. Please provide the following information so that we can set you up for executive success.

Team Leadership

We offer free leadership training on key organizational priorities; these are worth exploring before you dive deeper into consulting services.
