The FALA Effect

The FALA Effect is a research project led by The FA National Youth Council (FANYC) which looks into the impact that The FA Leadership Academy (FALA) has had on past participants, with a focus on how the programme is still affecting their lives.

Since 2016, FALA has run every year and has had over 500 participants take part. However, never has any research been undertaken to fully establish the impact that FALA has had on these young people, or to identify the effect that projects coming from FALA have had on football within England. By completing this survey, you will help FANYC to showcase the impact of FALA and enable FALA to continue growing and developing.
