Front Matter – This section must be completed by all suppliers and service providers. Section A – for manufacturing, fabrication, machining, repair or assembly operation for DFP. This section may be omitted if your organization is AS9100 or ISO9001 certified. Section B – for any special processing. Section C – for a distributor or pass-through distributor. Section D – for any calibration services. Section E – for any Engineering Services or Testing Services. Section F – for Raw Material providers. Section G – For certified Repair Stations (14 CFR 145).
