• The opportunity to co-exhibit on the Defence West stand at Indo Pacific 2023 is reserved for Western Australian-based organisations that will not have a stand at Indo Pacific 2023.
• Applications will be evaluated and weighted against each other to produce a score for this Expression of Interest (EOI) outcome.
• Defence West offers two attendance opportunities – a co-exhibitor or a rover. A co-exhibitor has a staffed physical space or 'pod', and a rover uses the Defence West Stand as a base to "rove" throughout the exposition. There are up to 24 co-exhibitor pods and up to 20 rovers.
• Applicants can only nominate for either a pod or as a rover, not both. Applicants that are not selected as Co-Exhibitor can have the option to be considered for a Rovers position.
• Assessments for rover positions will include consideration of new entrants to the defence industry to give them the opportunity to attend the event.
• EOI selection will be final, and applicants can request formal feedback.
• Defence West will undertake this assessment following the closing date of 16 June 2023 and will advise all applicants of the outcome by July 2023.
• Selected co-exhibitors and rovers agree to adhere to the conference organisers, hosts, and event venue guidelines.
• Selected co-exhibitors and rovers are responsible for liability insurance documents and other required forms of the conference organisers, conference hosts, and event venue. Successful applicants will require an insurance certificate of currency. All co-exhibitors and rovers are expected to retain insurance over the event and advise of any claims up to two weeks after the event.
