Climate Resilience Grant Program Application

This is the online application for the Climate Resilience Grant Program.

Before proceeding with your application, please review the appropriate program materials and guidelines.

If you are applying for a Resilient Floodplains and Shorelines Acquisition grant, there will be a project location question with an option to upload an existing shapefile or draw an outline of the project in Survey123. Please have access to any materials you may need to complete this question.

It is possible to paste answers prepared in a Word or other document, so you may wish to review the questions and prepare your answers in advance. Please avoid any special formatting (bullets, numbering, etc.) as it may not transfer over to this form.

Thank you for your interest in applying to the program.

If you have questions about the application, please reach out to us at CCCFund@tnc.org.
