Student Registration

Roots 2025 General Information

Dates: Monday, July 28, 2025 - Thursday, July 31, 2025.

Location: Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois

Theme: Rooted in the Truth of God


Regular Student Fee (from now - July 6th, 2025):

Students from PCA churches - $200

Students from non-PCA churches - $220


Late Registration Fee (from July 7th- July 20th, 2025):

Students from PCA churches - $250

Students from non-PCA churches - $270


Registration Instructions:

1) Fill out the registration form.

2) Download and sign the permission form.

3) Return the signed permission form and payment to your youth pastor or church leader.

What to Bring:

• Bible

• Enough clothes for three nights and four days (including active wear for Free Time)

• Sleeping bag and pillow

• Toiletries (Including towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower slippers/sandals, etc.)
