TRIAL EXPERIENCE

For each attorney in your firm who you propose to try cases for The Regents, please identify the name and court for civil jury trials in Superior or U.S. District Court that he/she tried to conclusion during the individual’s active time of practice. For each trial, please also provide the following information: the dates, length of the trial in days or weeks, party represented, area of emphasis of the case (i.e., design, construction, professional liability, etc.) and outcome of the trial.

For each attorney in your firm who you propose to try cases for The Regents, please identify the name and court for civil bench trials in Superior or U.S. District Court and binding arbitrations that he/she tried to conclusion during the individual’s active time of practice. For each trial and binding arbitration, please provide the following information: the dates, length of the trial in days or weeks, party represented, area of emphasis of the case (i.e., design, construction, professional liability, etc.) and outcome of the trial.
