Supplemental Scholarship Application

The Southwest Tennessee Community College Foundation has a scholarship website that offers students the opportunity to compete for scholarships. However, the Foundation recognizes there are times when students may not be aware of nor realize they will require a scholarship. For that purpose, the supplemental scholarship application was created. It is designed to assist students with persisting in their educational goals. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA to receive and renew the scholarship. There is only one scholarship available to students that have a 2.0 GPA and it is generally filled. Applicants must be currently enrolled as a part time or full time degree-seeking student at Southwest, and awards will be based upon enrollment status. Preference will be given to students who have unmet financial need with EFC’s less than 10000. This award is open to all Southwest campuses and sites. Funding is not guaranteed. Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
