IEEE IAS Senior Member Drive Challenge

This program is intended to drive a challenge among the IAS Chapters to refer members for senior membership elevation.

Eligibility:

● All IEEE IAS Section Chapters/ Joint Chapters can participate in this challenge.

Requirements

● The section chapter / joint chapter should refer to a maximum number of eligible IAS members under the section for senior member elevation.

● The chapter/joint chapter should organize one or more senior membership drives in person or virtual.

● Chapters interested should sign up this form before 31st August 2024.

● The challenge period: 1st Jan 2024 to 15th Nov 2024

● Award announced (Tentative): 15th Dec 2024.

● There is no minimum award size.

● Once funds are exhausted, no additional awards will be made through this program within the same call.

● Funding is transferred to the local IEEE Section/Chapter bank accounts and no fund transfers to individual accounts.

● The initiative must be efficiently promoted on social media and web pages of the chapter.

● In November, IAS CMD will request the enrolled Chapter to provide details of programs and a successful nomination list from the chapter. Failure to submit the details will automatically disqualify the chapter from the Challenge.

In November, IAS CMD will request the enrolled Chapter to provide details of programs and a successful nomination list from the chapter. Failure to submit the details will automatically disqualify the chapter from the Challenge. The award will be evaluated based on the submission.
