By registering for and attending the SDB Doctor Summit, I give SDB and its assigns irrevocable and unrestricted rights to use and publish my image in any manner or medium and to alter or composite without restriction and without my inspection or approval through photography and/or video for the purposes of marketing or advertising SDB partner practice(s) and marketing and advertising for SDB. In addition, I hereby release SDB and it's assigns from any and all claims and liability relating to said images.
