Please fill out the form below to request a rental of AV equipment.. We do ask for 3 business days' notice to book our equipment. While we will work to accommodate requests with less notice -- we are not always available to do so. All rentals are self service - No delivery, setup, or operation is provided at this time.

This form is to request AV equipment, for use outside of Norris University Center. This includes outdoor events.

This form should be submitted a minimum of 3 business days prior to your event. Norris Technical Services staff typically will respond to all requests within 3 business days.
Rental requests are not confirmed until you have received a reservation confirmation detailing the equipment and pricing. If you have not received that, please do not assume we can support your event.
At this time, we are unable to provide delivery or full-service support in spaces not run by Norris. If requesting equipment for an outdoor event or other campus venue, you will need to pickup and setup the equipment yourself.
AV equipment rentals are only available for use on Northwestern property at the Evanston campus. For Chicago campus, check with your department for services or preferred vendors.

A chartstring is required for the rental of equipment, and any event outside of Norris. Student Organizations must have an active SOFO account. Quotes and reservations cannot be processed without this information.
