SPINNYs Awards Application: AIHA Connect 2025

Are you ready to shine a spotlight on your innovative product, service, or emerging technology?


As an AIHA Connect 2025 exhibitor, you have a unique opportunity to showcase your innovation and compete for one of three titles.


  • Spirit of Innovation Award: Most Innovative Product
  • Spirit of Innovation Award: Most Innovative Service
  • Spirit of Innovation Award: Most Innovative Emerging Technology


Entrants can look forward to heightened awareness and higher booth traffic as attendees preview their products and services in advance and then make their rounds on-site in Kansas City to see them in person as they prepare to cast their votes.

In order to participate, there is an entry fee of $1,500 USD per submission. Please complete one application per submission, exhibitors may submit a maximum of three entries.


Space is limited. Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Voting Process:


  • Voting will be done through the AIHA Connect Mobile App/Virtual Platform.
  • Voting will be open to on-site and virtual attendees from Monday, May 19 – Wednesday, May 21.
  • Only registrants with paid, full conference badges are eligible to vote (Complimentary and paid Exhibitor Full Conference and Expo/Booth Only registrants excluded).
  • Voting closes on Wednesday, May 21 at noon, and votes tallied.


How Winners Will Be Selected:


  • Attendees will vote on their choices throughout the conference beginning Monday, May 19 at 9:30 a.m. through noon Wednesday, May 21, via the mobile app/virtual platform.
  • Votes will be tallied and winners will be notified Wednesday afternoon and announced from the podium at the Closing Session.
  •  Award will be sent to mailing address provided in application to each winning company after the conference.
  • Winners will be included in a press release after the conference and recognized in the Synergist print and digital publications.


Submission Date Deadlines:


  • Submit entries by March 31 to receive recognition in upcoming CONNECTions e-communications, AIHA Connect Final Program, Mobile App/Virtual Platform, on-site signage marker at booth, and social media.
  • After March 31, entries will receive recognition in any remaining CONNECTions e-communications, Mobile App/Virtual Platform, on-site signage marker at booth, and social media.
  • Entry fee(s) must be paid in full before being formally added to the competition.
  • The submission portal will be closed, and no further applications will be accepted after May 2.
