Expectations with Clients

Test environments do not support partner applications. As with any other configurations changes, clients have the ability to deploy with test users which control access to the new functionality. Concur does not charge fees for partner applications. The vast majority of our deployments do not require extensive configuration. However, if the client requires extensive configuration of the Concur system (moving data between fields, new forms or extracts, etc.) the client may be notified that their project has exceeded the standard scope for configuration and will be billed at a rate of $250/hr.
