Audio-Visual & Equipment Needs

Please note that the availability and functionality of audio-visual equipment are dependent on the selected room setup. For example, if you require the use of a projector, it is recommended to select the "Classroom - Projector View" setup to ensure all attendees face the screen. Some configurations may not support specific equipment placements.

The room is available 30 minutes prior to the event for set-up. Please let us know if additional time is required.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your completed inquiry form, we will review availability and provide a quote. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
