Information required to obtain a Peddler's Permit must be submitted on company letterhead. A fifty ($50) dollar permit fee will apply. Said license/permit shall be issued for a period not to exceed ten days, and the license fee hereinabove required shall be paid to the city for each individual salesperson or solicitor and/or upon the renewal of such license permit, such license/permit shall not be transferrable. Permits will only be issued after verification of employment with said company, if such applicant or entity does not meet such qualifications, the city shall deny such permit.
