The Advisory Group for Facilities Accessibility meets quarterly to review requests and plan for facility modifications that reduce access barriers or otherwise improve the physical accessibility of campus in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”).

In order to facilitate the tracking and prioritization of identified needs, requests for physical campus improvements related to accessibility may be submitted for review to the Advisory Group by utilizing this form. Approved requests may be funded via available Major Renovations & Repairs ("MRR") funds.

Requests for facility modifications unrelated to improving physical accessibility in accordance with the ADA should instead be directed to the University of Georgia's Facilities Management Division via the FMD Work Request form available at https://readyfmd.fmd.uga.edu/ready.

Please note: Time sensitive accessibility requests and requests for technology support or other services covered by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act are not within the purview of this advisory group; students should contact the Disability Resource Center (drc@uga.edu) and employees should contact Faculty and Staff Relations (706-542-9756) for assistance with such requests.
