Honors Contract Submission Form

This form is used to submit "Honors Contracts" - a student-initiated contract to earn Honors credit for courses that are not regularly taught as Honors sections. Honors Contracts must be submitted within the first two weeks of the semester for which the course will be completed.

Not all courses are eligible for Honors Contracts.

You may NOT contract any of the following:

  • PEAC courses
  • Summer courses
  • Courses for which there is already an Honors-exclusive section
  • Courses taught by graduate students or teaching assistants

Before completing this online submission you should have:

- downloaded and reviewed the Honors Contract Process Checklist. - met with the course instructor and completed the Honors Contract Template. - obtained all needed information and documents. A guide to contracting, including examples of course contracts, is available at isu.edu/honors/contract.

Give only the department code for course. (E.g., BIOL, CHEM, CE, ME, POLS, MGT)

Give only the course number here. (E.g., 1101, 2225, 3301)

Give the course CRN here (E.g., 15066)

Choose the semester that you will be registered in the Honors Course.
