Please note, the club name will be subject to approval based upon the following considerations;

Whether it meets requirements - e.g. grassroots clubs are not permitted to use the name 'Academy' within the club name.
Whether the name is already being used by an existing club.

DBS applications can be made for club officials after the club account has been created by ourselves on the clubs portal.
