Please note, the club name will be subject to approval based upon the following considerations;


  • Whether it meets requirements - e.g. grassroots clubs are not permitted to use the name 'Academy' within the club name.
  • Whether the name is already being used by an existing club.

Clubs with teams U18 will also require a Welfare Officer.

DBS applications can be made for club officials after the club account has been created by ourselves on the clubs portal.

  • List of any coaches including their Name, FAN, DOB
  • Copy of Club Development Plan / Or Season Planner
