Only complete this form if you have already completed the catering disclaimer form and had approval from the DWTC Food and Beverage department to bring your own catering into the venue. This form is to apply for staff access passes for catering staff to the exhibition halls during the open days of the exhibition only. DWTC contractor passes will be required in addition to the catering staff passes.

FOUR catering passes will be issued free of charge for each stand. Additional passes will be charged at 200 AED (Inc VAT) each. A maximum of 8 catering passes will be issued to each stand.

Please read the following information carefully. By applying for catering staff access passes you are agreeing to the following conditions:

• An approved catering disclaimer form from the venue must be produced in order to obtain passes

• Payment for additional passes must be made upon collection of passes

• All passes issued remain the property of Reed Travel Exhibitions (RX) • You and your company (including appointed sub-contractors) will comply with all rules and regulations issued by Reed Travel Exhibitions (RX) and the Dubai World Trade Centre
