Learning Coaches

Each student will need a Learning Coach assigned to them. The Learning Coach will be responsible for assisting the student with logging in and working on their online course(s). We recommend that the Learning Coach be a guardian.

Which groups will be in attedance? Note these groups are linked to the access roles in our system

Program Admins or Program Leads Program Admins/Leads will have the ability to review all students and program data for the district/respective school to which they are assigned. They will also have the ability to approve/auto-enroll course requests, edit student profiles, add students to mentors, and manage student enrollments. Counselors Counselors have the permission to Auto-Enroll student course requests. They can also be directly associated to student accounts where they can see only their associations. Mentors Mentors are intended to be the main connection between Edgenuity instructors and your students. Mentors can be associated directly with student accounts and will be the primary contact for any escalation items regarding their students. Mentors can be granted different level of access to be able to modify Enrollment Dates.
