GAC - Return Material Authorization

REQUEST FOR RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA)

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A RMA # FROM GAC CUSTOMER SERVICE. GAC products may be returned for warranty or return consideration using the following steps: 1. Fill out the RMA in its entirety. You will receive a copy of the submission to the email provided. 2. Upon receiving RMA label information, return the authorized items and reference the RMA number that will be provided to you by GAC Customer Service on the outside of the packaging. Please note, the customer is to pay return shipping, unless instructed otherwise by GAC.
