Division 22 Standards Assurances Form: Reporting on the 2023-24 School Year

In November 2024, districts are expected to report their compliance status on all Division 22 Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) for the 2023-24 school year. Both a summary and a link to the full text for each rule is included on the 2023-24 District Internal Tracking Tool.


To complete your district’s Division 22 Standards Assurance submission, you will need to:

  1. Upload your local board meeting minutes in the Report to Community section of this form.
  2. Provide a direct link to the online location where you have posted your Division 22 Standards Report to the Community.
  3. Complete this Division 22 Standards Assurances form (you may copy and paste from the Division 22 Standards Report to the Community that was shared with your district school board).
  4. Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of this form.


Submissions are due by November 15, 2024. Please email Division22@ode.oregon.gov with any questions or concerns.
