2021-2022 Alumni Scholarship Emergency Fund Application

Eligibility: • Must be enrolled as a TSU undergraduate student and have at least a 2.5 GPA. • Must submit documented evidence to support hardship if requested. • Must interview with the scholarship committee to support hardship if requested. • Must include a copy of student's degree plan, signed by his or her advisor, as well as a transcript. • Must be classified as a senior with no more than 30 hours remaining. Please include with the application: •One letter of recommendation - may be from an employer, club sponsor, teacher, etc. •Also include a 2 inch x 2 inch headshot -- color photo •Please complete a Thank you letter to Donor. This is a one-time award. No more than $1,500 will be awarded. Selected students are required to meet alumni during Homecoming.
