Please submit the registration form below by 26 June 2024. We will then be in touch to confirm your entry has been accepted.


Following your completion of this registration form, Council will store in its records information in relation to your registration including the contact name and contact details provided and may use this personal information for the purposes of contacting the nominated individual(s) in relation to: the consideration and outcome of your application; matters concerning the operation and holding of the event and the operation of your store generally; and post event research and marketing of future events to stallholders. You may receive correspondence from Council for these purposes by post, phone, email or SMS text message. Council will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless it is authorised to do so under the Information Privacy Act 2009.

Each participating team is eligible to designate one prize allocation to a local Scenic Rim community or sporting group chosen during registration. If your team wins, the designated group will receive the prize funds. Please nominate your community group or organization below.

For the Senior Category, please provide a list of 12 names. For the Junior Tractor Pull, we only request a list of 4 names. If you are still assembling your team, please note that below.

Participation in the Competition indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions governing the Competition. All team members will be required to complete a waiver form on the day prior to competing in the event. For Eligible Entrants under the age of 18, a parent/guardian will be required to complete and sign a waiver form on their behalf.
