The aim of this program is to provide a P&T peer mentor to faculty at the Assistant Professor level for mentorship in the promotion and tenure process. For more information, view the program page.

Mentees: Faculty at the Assistant Professor level actively preparing packets for presentation in upcoming P&T cycle.

Mentors: Faculty who have achieved promotion to Associate Professor level within the past 3 years, current/previous members of P&T committees, and/or previous mentors for this program.
