First Mutual Holding Company (FMHC) audio visual and computer equipment is intended to be used only for functions of FMHC and its affiliates. The equipment may be borrowed for outside functions if approved by the SVP, Chief Technology Officer.

I will be financially responsible for damage to the equipment and if the equipment is damaged or stolen, it is my responsibility to get it fixed or replaced.
