Overview

First Mutual Holding Company (FMHC) audio visual and computer equipment is intended to be used only for functions of FMHC and its affiliates. The equipment may be borrowed for outside functions if approved by the SVP, Chief Technology Officer.

  • I will be responsible for and in possession of the equipment at all times.
  • I will be financially responsible for damage to the equipment and if the equipment is damaged or stolen, it is my responsibility to get it fixed or replaced.
  • I will return the equipment to First Mutual Holding Company the next business day after it is used.
