Internal Communications Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in sharing important news, events, and announcements with our Stanford Medicine community. Please allow at least five (5) business days for Internal Communications to review your content and, if approved, to determine appropriate timing and channels.


You will receive confirmation of your submission via email. All submissions are subject to editing to align with our editorial guidelines.


Prior to completing this intake form, please take a moment to review our submission criteria and descriptions of our Stanford Medicine internal communications channels.


Communications channels:


  • The StanfordMed Pulse platform serves as the main internal hub for the latest Stanford Medicine news, events, resources and other exclusive content. The platform also enables you to comment, like or share your favorite content with other members of the Stanford Medicine community. The Pulse platform is available via desktop or mobile (download via the App store on your smartphone by searching “StanfordMed Pulse”).


  • The StanfordMed Pulse newsletter is emailed to the Stanford Medicine community on weekday mornings, except major holidays. The newsletter features select content – including priority Stanford Medicine news, updates, announcements and events – that also appears on the Pulse platform. Please note that events will only be promoted in the StanfordMed Pulse newsletter three days in advance.


  • Stanford Health Care (SHC) Management Announcements (manager-access only) is a newsletter sent via email each Thursday with a roundup of the latest manager news from the StanfordMed Pulse platform (previously StanfordMed TODAY). The newsletter is sent to all SHC managers with one or more direct reports.
