Registration Form

Welcome to the on-line registration system for the Regulatory Education Program. This registration form is for access to the live sessions. If you are seeking to access a recorded session, please use the REP Recorded Session Registration Form.


Due to system limitations, you may only register for one event per form submission. You can register for as many sessions as you wish; however, you must complete this form for each session. To help you in this, the form will automatically reload once you make your initial registration submission.


Please note that the confirmation of registration process is fully automated, as is the event reminder process. Please be sure to enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of these emails. Please also ensure that you white list the domain "app.smartsheet.com" to ensure you receive the emails promptly. If you do not receive emails, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder.


Finally, you are being asked to provide your name and registration number information. For Registrants attending these sessions, it is important that you log into the webinar using your full name and registration number so that we may note your attendance. CE credits will be available for individuals who attend the full session.


Please note that registrations close at 8:00 am on the day of the scheduled program. Registrations received after that time cannot be processed.

Please select the session for which you are registering. You may only register for one session on the form at any given time, however, you can reload the form and register for many sessions.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration, which includes the date and time of the session, the webinar link, session number and session password, will be sent to you. Confirmation is sent when the session for which you have registered is the next session in the program.


For example, if you register for the December session, your confirmation will be sent after the prior session (Privacy has concluded.


We are currently sending confirmations only for the Health Information Privacy and Reporting Session.
