ICH Full Council - Nomination Form for Community Representatives
The DC Interagency Council on Homelessness (ICH) seeks nominations for seats vacant or expiring in 2025 for a two-year service term from 2025 - 2027.
- Use the following form to express your interest and expertise.
- Nominations of other community members are due by CoB Friday, 01/03 as ICH will need time to engage with individuals to confirm their acceptance of the nomination and to receive additional details.
- Self-nominations are due by CoB Friday, 01/10.
- You do not need to submit a nomination if you are currently confirmed/awaiting confirmation by DC Council (2023 Nominees)!
Nominee Selection and Confirmation Process:
Non-conflicted members of the ICH Full Council and Executive CMTE members will review nominations and make recommendations to the Mayor via the Mayor's Office of Talent and Appointments (MOTA) for submission and confirmation by DC Council.
