To help us evaluate your event request, please submit preliminary event information. Reservations cannot be confirmed more than 90 days before the event date. All events held at the David & Joan Traitel Building must support the educational mission of Stanford University and be sponsored by a Stanford department or administrative unit. Event space is available for events directly organized, planned and managed by a Stanford department. Room rental fees may vary for Stanford Events hosted with outside organizations. Completing this form does not guarantee a reservation in the Traitel Building.
