As a nominee, you are invited to attend this year's awards show free of charge. Please complete this form to confirm your information and provide additional details for the High School Sports Awards program and awards show. We will follow up with you closer to the event with additional details including how to redeem your free ticket.

While our team may have a photo on file, we would love to get your preferred headshot or action photo or video. Additionally, you may upload a video. By submitting, you are also indicating that you own the rights to any and all submitted media (photo or video) and agree to its use in the sports awards show or related marketing.


High resolution photos or videos are preferred. If you have any trouble with the file sizes, you may also copy & paste the url to where the photo or video is saved (if an online storage system like Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, etc).


If you elect to submit photos later, simply come back to this registration form and select your name again and skip to the Media Files section to add photos or videos.

Sports Awards Show Attendance Information

Each award nominee may attend the High School Sports Awards at no charge. Upon completion of this registration, the nominee will receive a coupon code to redeem through our ticketing platform, where they can also purchase tickets for family, friends or other supporters who may want to join them at the awards show.
