The purpose of the proposal process is to help your activity or badge be the best it can be.

Proposal process:

• Sign up to participate in the co-curricular training cohort:
• A Summer cohort learning day will be on May 2, 2024
• A Fall cohort learning day will be in October 2024
• The EL Hub will follow-up and email you a Proposal form.
• EL Hub is available for 1-1 consultations in May and October.
• Submit completed proposal forms to the EL Hub (experience@uoguelph.ca) by May 31, 2024 or November 1, 2024.
• Co-curricular Experiential Learning Integrity Committee (CELIC) reviews proposal in June and November.
• Results communicated to Activity/Badge Leader with next steps in July and December.
• Activity/Badge Leaders attend on-boarding in August/September or January.
