Please take your time to review and complete this document with the details of your room change request. Your request will remain on file through July 31, 2025. After this date, room changes will not be offered from this wait list.


ONLY ONE REQUEST PER ROOMMATE GROUP IS REQUIRED - duplicate requests will be consolidated into one request. Offers will be made based on available vacancies and the order requests are received.

If you know the specific room/apartment you are requesting, please indicate it here (i.e. Ashwood 101). If this is an amicable request, please have the student(s) with the vacancy acknowledge their agreement with this request via email to reslife@sju.edu.
