There will be several opportunities for you to get to know each Mentor and provide your input into which Mentors would be the best fit for you. The information collected in this application will not be shared with anyone outside the Mentorship Team Members; including the Director, Co-Director, Program Manager, Coaching Circle Leader, and Communications-Marketing Manager. This information may also be reviewed by PMI-Phoenix Board Member(s) involved in or leading our Mentorship Programs. All applicants and Mentorship Team members at PMI-Phoenix will be required to sign an agreement, as well as review the PMI Code of Ethics & Professional Conduct.
