Application Materials:
- Completed Application Form
- Building Department Permit Refusal/Zoning Review Letter (if applicable)
- Property survey/plot plan showing existing and proposed conditions
- Plan sets/drawings (architectural, civil engineering, landscape plans, as applicable)
- Traffic Impact and Access Study (unless waived)
- Stormwater Management Report (if applicable)
- Photos of neighborhood context
- Special Permit fee. Check made out to "City of Medford". Contact the PDS office for the fee amount.
- Public notice fees: abutter notice mailings and advertising fees for required legal ads (amount varies, contact the PDS office for the fee amount.)
The Board and/or City Staff may request additional clarifying materials for review. The Board will meet to discuss whether the project meets the requirements detailed in Zoning Ordinance Section 11.6. Should the Community Development Board grant the special permit, full approval will be subject to a final inspection by the Building Department.
