This form allows a business with DBOP certification to add its Oracle supplier number to its record retroactively. If you have a DBOP certification but are not yet registered in the Oracle Supplier Portal, you can register here right now. If you have your registration confirmation email, it contains your seven-digit supplier number. If you do not, please log into Oracle here, click the square “Supplier Portal” icon on the home screen, select “Manage Profile” at the bottom of the menu on the left, and find your seven-digit supplier number under your company name in the “General” section.
