Maintenance passes are ONLY available to Exhibitors who need their contractor to be present on their stand during the open days of the show for maintenance duties. PLEASE NOTE MAINTENANCE PASSES ARE VALID DURING SHOW OPENING TIMES ONLY. IF ACCESS IS REQUIRED AFTER THESE HOURS PLEASE REPORT TO THE ORGANISERS OFFICE ON-SITE.

Three maintenance pass will be issued to each space only stand without any charge. Additional passes will be charged at 200 AED (Inc. VAT) each. A maximum of TEN passes will be issued per space only stand.

Conditions of Pass Issue

Please read the following information carefully. By applying for maintenance staff access passes you are agreeing to the following conditions:

• Proof will be required in the form of a DWTC contractor pass (please see maual) in order to issue a maintenance pass to the requested staff

• Payment for additional passes must be made upon collection of passes

• All passes issued remain the property of Reed Travel Exhibitions (RX)

• You and your company (including appointed sub-contractors) will comply with all rules and regulations issued by Reed Travel Exhibitions (RX) and the Dubai World Trade Centre
