The Office of the Provost and Safety and Risk Services (SRS) has charged DGE to centralize the tracking of, and support for, all international travel that involves UO students. This includes programs that may have run in the past, such as participation in international conferences, non-credit experiential learning programs (e.g. spring or winter break programs), and for-credit study abroad.

Thank you for filling out this form with as many details as you have regarding your proposed program. DGE will review the information provided and contact you within two weeks to discuss next steps (e.g. risk review, enrollment in UO's international insurance, contracting for onsite support, etc.).

UO requires some support for all programs involving international travel, such as a health/safety/risk review and enrollment in UO's insurance, etc.

The Division of Global Engagement can also provide additional support such as identifying and contracting with on-site vendors, pre-departure orientation, consultation for program design, etc.
