To help us better understand the risk level for your proposed food event, please review the following options and select the appropriate category.
- Low Risk: Pre-packaged items are pre-packaged by the manufacturer and sealed until opened by the consumer. This includes bottles of water, protein bars, individual serving bags of chips, etc. The key to this category is the item is sealed by the manufacturer and only opened by the person who is consuming the food. There is no food prep required.
- Medium Risk: Prepared, Cooked, or Handled items are items that are prepared by someone such as a fruit or veggie tray, cooked and baked goods.
- High Risk: Off-campus food includes any food or catering from an off-campus restaurant. Exceptions are made for grocery store bakeries and deli's which can be handled as prepared items. These items require authorization from Yote Eats.
