Since 2011, the "New Coats, New Hope" has been a fundraising effort presented by WIBH Radio in Anna, Illinois which focuses on providing new winter coats and shoes to children within the southern seven counties of Illinois. Funds raised through this campaign go towards purchasing coats and shoes from Operation Warm, a national nonprofit that manufactures brand-new, high-quality coats and shoes for children in need. Coats and shoes are then sent to local human service providers, like Arrowleaf, to be distributed.

Coats in youth size 5/6 - 14/16, toddler shoes 7 and 8, and kids shoes 11 - 5 are provided to any child in need, with preference given to youth who live in one of the southern seven counties of Illinois. Stock may vary at times.
