This form is for current Environmental Policy and Management students to submit elective courses for approval to count towards a specialization or a degree required elective. Requests will be reviewed by program administration. The status will be updated on the approved electives spreadsheet requests tab.

This form should be submitted for consideration in advance of a student taking the course with the intention of counting it towards a specialization or degree required elective. Post-hoc requests will not be permitted.
