Use the following format: 00:00 (24 hour clock, e.g. 19:00)

Correct 'Clock Out Time'*

Use the following format: 00:00 (24 hour clock, e.g. 19:00)

Workshop NAME/NUMBER/DAY/TIME/Usual Host Coach

If this relates to a Virtual Workshop please state as much detail as possible.

e.g "I have swapped this virtual co-hosting shift with [Original Co-host Name]. [Original Host Name] remains the host."

''I have stepped in as Host for [Original Host Name] and please assign my Co-host role to '[Name]''
