Blythe Brenden Children's Clinical Research Center New Study Intake Form

Requesting Use of BBCCRC Space for a Research Study

The BBCCRC uses two study intake forms. The form you complete depends on how far along you are in the planning process. Please review the information below to determine which form is appropriate for your study:

1. Are you in the early stages of your study and have limited study information available?

Complete the Feasibility Phase Study Intake Form.

This form is designed for study teams who are still in the feasibility phase and may not yet have a full protocol or staffing details available. Submitting at this stage allows BBCCRC leadership to review available information and provide tentative approval or denial. This helps with early planning by providing feedback on BBCCRC's ability to support your study and flagging any potential barriers.

2. Do you have all study details available and are ready to submit for full review?

Complete the New Study Intake Form.

Once all study details are available (protocol, staffing, visit procedures, timeline, etc.), teams must complete and submit the New Study Intake Form. Upon submission, the study will be reviewed to determine if it is a good fit for the BBCCRC's capabilities and resources. This step is required to receive final approval to conduct your study at the BBCCRC. Estimated review time is up to 10 business days.
