Refund policies
Please note that a partial refund is available contingent upon meeting the following requirements/guidelines.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds will only be considered for participants who have never accessed the online platform (Strut).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days from the start date of the course.
Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be the cost of the program minus administrative expenses incurred by the organizers that have a fixed cost of $200 and are not refundable, under any circumstances.

Request Procedure:
- Refund requests must be submitted using this form
- Refund requests will not be accepted via email or any other method
- To complete your refund request, you must provide a receipt/proof of payment
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed through Eventbrite, the platform through which the program was initially registered.
Non-Transferable:
- Refunds are non-transferable and can only be processed for the original participant who registered for the program.
Incomplete or Late Requests:
- Refund requests submitted after the 5-day period from the start date of the course will not be considered.
Refund Approval:
- Refunds will be approved or denied at the discretion of the program administrators. Decisions made by the administrators are final.
