When taking LWOP or LSL/Parental Leave at half pay please note that benefits such as Annual Leave, Long Service Leave and Personal Leave do not accrue while you are unpaid. Specifically, any LWOP or leave at half pay will result in a proportionately reduced Annual Leave payment. Rather than leaving an annual leave deficit to be reconciled at termination, it is recommended that the amount of paid Annual Leave be adjusted in the next Annual Leave period.
