ABOUT US: OSPS is a statewide pretrial agency serving 80 counties in the state of Illinois. Our mission is to assist in the administration of justice and promote community safety by ensuring fairness and equality in the pretrial process. OSPS conducts pretrial investigations and provides pretrial supervision to individuals arrested throughout the state.
