Product Warranty Claim Form

We run a no-quibble warranty process!


As long as we receive all the information about how the product was used, we will issue a replacement, even if it is clearly due to the application or how it was being used.


The most important thing is to find out what went wrong to help ensure better results in the future, so please be thorough to ensure there is no hold-up in issuing a replacement.


(If this is abused with multiple claims, we reserve the right to withhold replacements until we can ascertain what is causing the issues):
