OREGON TEST FEE PROGRAM

International Baccalaureate

Reimbursement will be made to SCHOOL DISTRICT Fiscal Offices, not to Individual schools. IB Test reimbursement for the 2024-25 school year will consist of the following:

  • Public school students who meet the eligibility requirements for Free or Reduced Lunch (F/R) will receive a fee reimbursement of $123 per test taken (see eligibility guidelines at the ODE website).
  • All other students will receive a subsidy of $20 per test.

The School assures that:

  • Any funds received under this program will only be used to pay International Baccalaureate test fees for "low-income individuals," as that term is defined in Section 402A (g) (2) of the Higher Education Act of 1965;
  • The District will document the eligibility of each individual on whose behalf the District pays part or all of an IB test fee in accordance with Section 402(A) of the Higher Education Act maintaining confidential files for possible audit; and
  • Funds provided under this program will be used to supplement, and not supplant other Federal, State, and local or private funds available to assist low-income individuals in paying for International Baccalaureate testing.
