Items needed for this Permit:

• Applications must be received at least 5 business days prior to event. If received within 5 business days, late fees of 50% will be applied to your total fees.
• This application must include a copy of your neighborhood’s notification document. Failure to notify and submit this documentation will result in delays in issuing your permit.
• Fees will be collected either by
• direct DocuSign link, you will be emailed a copy of your application and how much your fee is;
• or a permit representative will call you to collect payment.
